Daniela Kowal, Exercise Consultant

Daniela earned an AAS degree in liberal arts from Cayuga Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College. She began her career in Physical Therapy at Auburn Memorial Hospital in 1995 and is now a Supervisor in Rehabilitative Services and Center Coordinator of Clinical Education for the Rehabilitative Services Department.

She also serves as Exercise Consultant for the Fingerlakes Weight Loss Program, and says, “I enjoy the change of pace, as now I am directing clients in exercise for overall health and vitality rather than rehabilitation from an injury or loss of function. I can see the positive effects exercise has on the people in the program.”
